Prime Capital began with a simple belief: the best operator is one who thinks like an owner — because they are one. Our founder, Onyi Odunukwe, the son of Nigerian immigrants, was raised on hard work and the value of owning what you build.
After a decade acquiring, developing, leasing, and managing real estate of his own, he founded Prime Capital to bring that same owner's discipline to every client we serve.

Stephanie Taylor
Stephanie brings a dynamic perspective to commercial real estate, shaped by a successful first career as a non-profit and public health executive. That background in community-focused leadership instilled a deep understanding of relationship-building, strategic communication, and long-term impact — all of which she has translated directly into how Prime Capital serves its clients.
As CEO, she is known for delivering results while holding the highest standards of transparency and service. Clients value her collaborative approach, deep market knowledge, and ability to navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.
A proud Baylor University graduate, Stephanie is active in her community through organizations including the Junior League, National Charity League, and Habitat for Humanity. She and her husband Chris live on Lake Palestine with their four children.
Onyi Odunukwe
Onyi is the President and Founder of Prime Capital, where he sets the company's vision and strategic direction. The son of Nigerian immigrants, he was raised with strong values of hard work and ownership.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas, he initially pursued medicine before shifting to real estate — launching Glo Tanning, one of the fastest-growing franchises in its industry, while investing in and developing properties of his own. After a decade of hands-on experience in acquisitions, development, leasing, and management, he founded Prime Capital, which now owns property across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Florida.
He lives in Dallas with his wife Sandra and their two children, and is actively involved in social and philanthropic initiatives.
